It uses a heavy-duty aluminum alloy enclosure with heat-resistant and impact-resistant construction, while the handset and telephone cable are made from industrial-grade materials for stable operation in demanding environments.
The telephone supports SIP, analog and direct fiber optic communication and is suitable for industrial sites such as oil and gas facilities, chemical plants and other hazardous areas. According to the current product specification, the SC-EP01 complies with ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof requirements and also meets CE, RoHS, ISO9001:2008 and TUV standards.
Product Features
- The explosion-proof telephone uses an aluminum alloy enclosure with IP67 protection, helping protect the internal components from water, dust and harsh outdoor conditions. The metal housing also provides strong impact resistance for demanding industrial sites.
- Communication options include SIP, 36–48V analog signals and direct fiber optic connection, allowing the telephone to be configured for different communication systems.
- Speed-dial and hotline numbers can be programmed directly into the phone. These functions do not require a dedicated server for basic operation.
- Ring detection and IP address broadcasting functions are supported. The unit can also be configured to answer automatically after a preset number of rings.
- When linked with an alarm light or compatible SIP speaker, an incoming call can trigger a flashing warning signal. If the call is not answered within the configured time, the phone can automatically connect and broadcast the caller's voice locally.
- A stainless steel buckle is used to secure the outer cover and improve enclosure closure. This helps reduce the possibility of dust or water entering the panel during outdoor operation.
