Wall Mounted Intercom

 

The SC-CR01 Wall Mounted Intercom is a fixed voice communication unit designed for industrial and engineering environments such as subways, tunnels, nuclear power facilities, shipbuilding sites, and steel plants. It provides voice calling and broadcast functions for locations where workers need a simple and reliable way to communicate with a control room or designated contact.

Built with SUS304 stainless steel, the SC-CR01 supports SIP and analog communication, speed dialing, automatic answering, DSS function keys, and PoE/DC power options. Its compact structure can also be used for embedded installation in elevators and other equipment panels where space and appearance are important.

 

 

1.SUS304 stainless steel construction
The enclosure uses brushed SUS304 stainless steel for good wear and corrosion resistance. The metal keypad is designed for waterproof and dust-resistant operation and is rated to IP65.

2.Speed dial configuration
Supports preset speed-dial groups for fast connection to designated contacts. Relevant settings can be configured through the device management interface.

3.Automatic call handling
Incoming calls can be answered automatically, and the line can be released after the call ends to improve communication efficiency.

4.Programmable DSS keys
DSS keys can be assigned to functions such as speed dialing and intercom calling according to project requirements.

5.PoE or DC power
Supports PoE or 12V DC power options for flexible system integration.

6.One-touch IP announcement
The SIP version supports IP address announcement to simplify commissioning and device identification.

7.Additional call functions
Supports voicemail with server support and local three-party conference calling.

8.Built-in speaker
The integrated speaker provides broadcast audio, while echo cancellation helps improve voice clarity during communication.

9.Wide operating temperature range

The SC-CR01 is intended for fixed communication points where personnel need quick access to another station, control room, or communication center.

Its stainless steel construction and compact panel design make it suitable for equipment rooms, industrial work areas, tunnel facilities, elevator panels, and other fixed locations. Speed-dial and DSS keys can reduce the number of steps required to initiate a call, while auto-answer can be used where remote communication needs to be established without manual pickup.

For IP-based projects, the SIP version can connect to a compatible communication platform. An analog version is also available for systems using conventional telephone infrastructure.
