The SC-EP01 Flameproof Weatherproof Telephone is designed for communication in hazardous industrial environments where explosive gases, combustible dust, or harsh weather conditions may be present. It is suitable for high-risk locations such as oil and chemical plants, metal mines, subway and road tunnels, power stations, steel mills, shipyards, outdoor areas, and large industrial workshops.

The device complies with international safety standards including ATEX and IECEx and is fully certified to CE, RoHS, ISO 9001:2008, and TUV standards. It is constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, providing excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life in outdoor environments.

Flameproof weatherproof telephones are built with sealed and reinforced enclosures that prevent internal sparks from igniting external explosive atmospheres. The weatherproof design also protects the equipment from water, dust, humidity, and corrosive environments.

3. Optional accessories include a 30W loudspeaker and LED warning light for incoming call alerts, announcements, and emergency notification applications.
4. Supports pre-programmed speed-dial numbers, ring detection, and automatic announcement functions. One-touch group calls and announcements can be configured without additional server support.
5. An LED indicator flashes during calls, while the dedicated talkback button supports announcement and intercom functions.
6. Equipped with a stainless steel keypad and stainless steel handset cable for improved durability in industrial applications.
7. The stainless steel door lock provides strong wind resistance and helps keep the enclosure securely closed during outdoor installation.

The SC-EP01 is available with different communication methods to suit existing industrial infrastructure.

SIP / VoIP

• The SIP version can connect to compatible IP telephone systems and industrial communication networks.

Analog

• The analog version can be integrated with compatible PBX or traditional telephone systems.

Direct Fiber Optic

• Fiber optic communication is available for industrial projects where long-distance transmission or fiber-based infrastructure is required.
