Brief Introduction

 

The SC-CR01A SOS Intercom is a compact emergency communication unit for indoor locations such as laboratories, factory workshops, pharmaceutical facilities, banks and similar public or industrial areas.

Its front panel is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a brushed finish, giving the unit a simple appearance together with good wear and corrosion resistance. The intercom uses standard IP/RTP voice transmission and supports SIP-based IP PBX, softswitch and IMS platforms including Asterisk, BroadSoft, 3CX and Elastix.

With programmable speed dial, automatic answering and hands-free voice communication, the SC-CR01A provides a simple call point for locations where users need quick access to a designated contact.

SOS Call Point for Indoor Locations

 

The SC-CR01A is intended to work as a fixed emergency or assistance call point rather than a conventional telephone.

A speed-dial destination can be programmed in advance, allowing the user to contact a control room, security desk or other designated extension without manually entering a telephone number. This can be useful where the person making the call may need assistance quickly or where operation should remain simple.

The stainless steel faceplate also makes the unit suitable for indoor locations where equipment is used frequently and needs a durable front surface.
