2. Quick location: Each terminal is assigned a number. When any terminal makes a call, the service center can immediately determine the location of the incident.

3. Broadcasting to find people: In densely populated areas, the tourist assistance phone system can be integrated with a broadcasting function. Tourists can call the broadcasting host on a dedicated person-finding machine, or the staff in the dispatch room can call the broadcasting host. The high-power speaker of the broadcasting host will broadcast to the scene to find people.

4. Monitoring: In the monitored area, as long as someone presses the emergency call to make a call, the emergency call will send a trigger signal to the central video monitoring system. The video monitoring system in the dispatching room will automatically switch the screen to the emergency call area.
